Create and push approach is not working anymore

Gone are the days when the workplace was just a physical office employees use for a fixed number of hours. For example, a new employee, might have to make multiple separate requests through different systems to obtain a laptop through IT team, get a badge through security, customize benefits through HR, and set up reimbursements and bills through finance.
