Protecting employees during the pandemic

Our response to disasters & emergencies highlights how we contributed to efforts to tackle the pandemic. In 2021, 90% of office employee survey respondents agreed that IMSS cares about their wellbeing.

Our teams daily monitored for new data with Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local governments to share the most up-to-the-minute information. The dynamic nature of this outbreak requires us to be nimble and flexible in how we respond, provide service and protect our and employees.
