🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Java developers, cultivating a collaborative, supportive, and high-performance engineering culture.

• Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and robust enterprise Java applications, strictly utilizing the Spring Boot framework and Microservices architecture.

• Quality Assurance: Oversee thorough code reviews and strictly enforce adherence to engineering best practices and established coding standards.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner effectively with various cross-functional teams to gather, meticulously analyze requirements, and accurately translate them into comprehensive technical specifications.

• Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve complex performance bottlenecks to significantly enhance application efficiency, responsiveness, and scalability.

• Technology Advancement: Stay fully abreast of the latest industry trends, cutting-edge technologies, and advancements to strategically incorporate relevant innovations into ongoing projects.

• Project Management Input: Provide accurate and timely input on project estimations and timelines, ensuring the reliable and punctual delivery of high-quality technical solutions.

• Process Improvement: Facilitate the continuous refinement and improvement of development processes and methodologies within the core engineering team.

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Tech/B.E. degree in Computer Science or an equivalent related field.

• Core Experience: Between 6 and 12 years of progressive experience in Java development, with a deep, specialized focus on Spring Boot and Microservices implementation.

• API Expertise: Strong fundamental understanding and practical experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

• Database Proficiency: Proven proficiency in utilizing and managing various database technologies, encompassing both SQL and NoSQL environments.

• Cloud Exposure: Practical experience working with major cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent, demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to execute tasks effectively, both independently and as a contributing team member.

• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective and clear interaction with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Methodology (Plus): Prior hands-on experience working within Agile development methodologies is considered a strong advantage.
